Nominations are continuing to be accepted for SIA’s 2024 40 Under 40 recognition list through April 26.

The list honors the achievements, ambition and influence of up-and-coming staffing professionals who are taking the industry to the next level. The list is not a ranking but a contemporary look at the movers and shakers in this age group who are important to the evolution of the workforce solutions ecosystem.

Staffing professionals born on or after Aug. 1, 1984, are eligible.

For the purposes of the list, we look at professionals working in the industry and not at suppliers to the ecosystem. Those named to the list will be recognized in a feature published in Staffing Industry Review magazine, and their profiles will be published online. Last year’s list can be found here.

SIA has moved the list nomination process to a new platform. Those wishing to nominate themselves or others must make an account, which will enable them to manage their submission.
