Keystone Partners acquires Center for Executive Coaching

April 10, 2024

Keystone Partners, a Boston-based outplacement and leadership development consulting firm, acquired the Center for Executive Coaching, an executive coach certification and training provider based in Osprey, Florida.

The move aims to expand the reach and impact of both companies.

“We are thrilled to have Andrew Neitlich [Center for Executive Coaching founder] and the Center for Executive Coaching join the Keystone Partners team, and we are looking forward to investing in the CEC team as it continues to support the development of executive coaches,” Keystone Partners CEO Tim Baldwin said in a press release.

Plans call for Center for Executive Coaching to expand its coach certification program offerings, upgrade the member site and distance learning experience and extend assistance to coaches post program completion through recertification support and alumni networking opportunities.

Founded in 2006, the Center for Executive Coaching has trained more than 2,500 coaches across 32 countries and holds accreditation from the Center for Continuing Education and the International Coach Federation.

Keystone Partners, founded in 1982, provides outplacement, career transition, coaching and leadership development services.
