Jobcase.com, a career-focused social media platform, closed a $100 million in a funding round. It will use the funding to accelerate product development and services via internal growth and/or strategic acquisitions.

Planned enhancements include machine learning architecture to better provide relevant content to Jobcase members; product development to increase ease of connections and community building; and new integrations and application programming interfaces that enable Jobcase members to more easily promote themselves and better engage with employment opportunities.

Boston-based Jobcase counts more than 100 million registered members on its platform with more than 25 million unique active members on free site each month. In addition to direct services provided on Jobcase.com, Jobcase technology powers more than 100 career-related sites.
