For IT staffing, 2023 has been a lackluster year for growth so far, writes SIA Senior Research Analyst Curtis Starkey in the IT Staffing Report newsletter. Among staffing firms taking part in the most recent Pulse survey, revenue was flat year over year, according to the median response.
