A tight job market is prompting Disney World to raise its hiring bonuses for some summer jobs, the Orlando Sentinel reports. The park seeks to hire for 3,500 positions, and a housekeeper hired this year can get a bonus of $1,250 for a job that pays $10.50 per hour. Last year’s hiring bonus was $500. Culinary chefs can get a $3,000 bonus.
