Managed IT services provider machineLOGIC, headquartered in the greater Denver area, acquired The Hiring Insiders, an IT-focused talent services firm based in Castle Rock, Colo. The acquisition adds staffing services to machineLOGIC’s offerings in managed services and cloud computing practices.

The transaction closed this month; terms were not disclosed.

Corey Eberly, former owner and principal of The Hiring Insiders, will lead the newly formed machineLOGIC Talent Services division as director of talent services.

 “As companies in Colorado are growing, clients are asking for talent services,” Eberly said. “We are placing a lot of software developers and network engineers.”

Founded in 2001, machineLOGIC provides outsourced IT services, cloud solutions, and talent acquisition services to small and mid-sized businesses throughout North America.
