Debunking the myth: Term limits do almost nothing to mitigate co-employment risk (Staffing Industry Review)

Questions have swirled over the use of term limits to reduce the risk of co-employment. However, Eric Rumbaugh, a partner with the law firm Michael Best & Friedrich, writes in the latest issue of Staffing Industry Review that in the overwhelming majority of cases, term limit policies — whether instituting or eliminating one — would do almost nothing to change the employment, or co-employment, status of workers.
