BelFlex acquires Arkansas staffing firm

March 06, 2017

BelFlex Staffing Network, a light industrial staffing agency, acquired Little Rock, Ark.-based Premier Staffing Inc.

The transaction closed Friday; terms were not disclosed.

Premier Staffing owners Mary and Dwight Segraves retired Friday. Amy Langston has been promoted to regional director and will manage the region under the name Premier Staffing, a BelFlex company.

Premier Staffing targets the light industrial and clerical/professional staffing markets. The company provides temporary and contingent staff, direct hires, on-site management, human resources screening and training.

“We are excited to partner with Premier Staffing, Inc. and feel that its outstanding capabilities and reputation combined with our strong resources and interest in expanding locally will benefit the Little Rock community,” said BelFlex Owner and Chairman Candace McCaw. “Both companies are committed to building partnerships and relationships with clients and employees and we look forward to continuing this philosophy as we complement Premier’s great work and explore new opportunities.”

The transaction follows BelFlex’s acquisition in January of automotive staffing solutions provider First Line Emergency Response Team.

Premier Staffing operates one office location and counts annual revenue ranging from $10 million to $15 million, according to BelFlex VP Bob Baer. BelFlex is looking to expand in the Little Rock and Arkansas areas, and plans to open more offices in 2017.
