Staffing provider the Advanced Group named Julie Bell as chief human resources officer and Brian Brooke as managing director of its office division.

Advanced Group, based in Chicago, ranks on Staffing Industry Analysts’ list of fastest-growing US staffing firms.

New CHRO Bell has more than 20 years of HR leadership experience. She most recently served as VP of human capital management and transformation at Presence Health. Her previous experience also includes HR leadership positions at the Cleveland Clinic and the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company.

New Managing Director Brian Brooke of the company’s office division most recently served as division director at staffing firm Brilliant. He has also held leadership roles at Accounting Principals and Jackson Wabash.
