Roth Staffing promotes Adam Roth to CEO

January 22, 2016

Roth Staffing Companies, a privately held firm headquartered in Orange, Calif., promoted President and COO Adam Roth to the CEO role, effective Jan. 14. He replaces his father, company founder Ben Roth, who remains with the firm as executive chairman.

Adam Roth is the second CEO in the organization’s 21-year history and included on Staffing Industry Analysts’ Staffing 100 list of most influential people in the staffing industry. He joined Roth Staffing in 2003 to launch the company’s legal staffing line, Adams & Martin Group. He became chief administrative officer, and in 2008 was named Roth Staffing’s first president and COO.

“Over the past few years, Adam has been performing more than 90% of the CEO role, and I cannot rave enough about what he has built and accomplished, with so much more to come,” Ben Roth said.

Roth Staffing ranks No. 41 on the list of largest US staffing firms. It operates more than 100 locations in 20 states and the District of Columbia.
