CorTech acquires Southern California-based industrial/clerical staffing provider

Staffing provider CorTech International acquired the assets of Resources4Staffing, an industrial and clerical staffing business based in the Southern California city of West Covina.

The transaction closed Dec. 26; terms were not disclosed.

RResources4Staffing’s brand will now operate as Resources4Staffing, a CorTech company. Resources4Staffing owners Mary Casas, Lily Galvan and Noemi Arce will remain with CorTech and lead the growth of this market for CorTech International.

“We are excited to work with the talented Resources4Staffing team as we see this being a very strategic addition for CorTech International and an excellent entry in the greater Los Angeles market,” said CorTech Senior VP Doug Wetzel. “CorTech already has a strong client base in this market and we will be leveraging new local office to provide even better service and experiences to our clients and working associates.”

Atlanta-based Cortech previously stated it aimed to add up to $110 million in sales via acquisitions by the end of 2016. In September, it acquired MSI International, a 48-year-old recruiting firm also based in Atlanta, and in June it acquired  New York state-based Penski Staffing. In 2015, Cortech acquired Richmond, Va.-based Partnership Staffing; Wisconsin-based Integrated Staffing; Job Express of Wyoming, which operates as JEX Staffing; the assets of Integrated Staffing; and Southern California-based RecruitPro Inc.
