Logistics and staffing firm Exegistics acquired the Memphis, Tennessee, staffing operation of Versant Supply Chain that provides industrial and clerical workers.

“This acquisition represents a rare opportunity to invest in an established staffing leader and one that aligns so well with our culture,” Exegistics founder and CEO Stephen Olds said.

The Memphis staffing operation of Versant Supply Chain will operate as Exegistics Resource Solutions.

With the acquisition, Chicago-based Exegistics will have 39 US locations. The company was founded in 2008 and is veteran-owned.
