Randstad USA and Kelly announced personnel changes.

Randstad Technologies Group US

Randstad USA formally announced several key appointments within its Randstad Technologies Group US executive leadership team. Those announcements are:

Andy Speer was promoted in December to chief operating officer and president, solutions, at Randstad Technology Group. He will have increased responsibilities, including maximizing the impact of business execution across all Randstad Technology Group business lines and directing investment and operational strategy.

The company also announced Alisia Genzler has taken on the role of president and chief client officer, responsible for overseeing sales, recruiting and its federal business. Genzler has more than 25 years of experience and assumed the role in November.

Angie Keller will continue work on transformative efforts in her new role as Randstad Engineering president. Keller has 19 years of experience.

Lastly, Curt Schwab has been appointed president of Celerity. Schwab brings more than 20 years of consulting experience to the role.

Kelly

Kelly (NASDAQ: KELYA, KELYB) named Michael Tolk as president of Kelly Technology and Softworld, effective in early January. In addition, the company reported Dave Teitelman is retiring from his position as president of Softworld following a 40-year career. Teitelman had led Softworld prior to its acquisition by Kelly.

Tolk has more than 30 years of IT services and consulting experience. He joined Kelly in June 2020 and had served as VP of Kelly Technology. Prior to Kelly, Tolk held leadership positions at several companies including DXC Technology, Genpact, Cognizant Technology Solutions and NextCare. He had also served in the US Army as a captain and medevac helicopter pilot.

Tolk will also continue to serve as a member of the Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology and Telecom leadership team, reporting to Hugo Malan, president of Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology and Telecom.

In addition, Softworld will continue operating as a separate Kelly company under its existing brand. Kelly had announced the $215.0 million acquisition of Waltham, Massachusetts-based Softworld in April 2021. Both Kelly and Softworld ranked individually on the most recent list of largest IT staffing providers released by SIA, which is based on 2020 revenue.
