IT staffing provider Diversant acquired Atrilogy Solutions Group, an IT staffing firm based in Mission Viejo, California.

The deal will give Red Bank, New Jersey-based Diversant revenue of more than $225 million.

Atrilogy’s services include staff augmentation, direct hire, managed solutions and payroll services.
