BizTek People Inc. acquired InSite Search Services, a search firm focused on fintech, and BlackRock Professional Services LLC, an IT staffing firm.

InSite is based in Westport, Connecticut, and it specializes in fintech placements of quantitative developers, data scientists and risk managers. It has handled more than 800 placements in fintech. Meanwhile, BlackRock Professional Services places software developers, QA analysts, project managers, ERP specialists and more; it’s also based in Westport.

Terms of the transaction for the two-firm deal were not publicly announced.

BizTek People itself is a provider of IT staffing and has offices in New York and Portland, Oregon.
