Ingenvois Health acquires locum tenens provider Vista Staffing Solutions

Ingenovis Health Inc. acquired Vista Staffing Solutions from Envision Physician Services. SIA ranks Vista as the fifth-largest locum tenens staffing firm in the US. The deal closed on April 27.

Ingenovis Health was formed by the combination of trustaff, Fastaff Travel Nursing and U.S. Nursing Corp. in early 2021; it’s backed by private equity firms Cornell Capital and Trilantic North America.

“By adding Vista to the Ingenovis Health family, we expand our ability to offer comprehensive solutions and provide critically needed physicians and advanced practitioners to a broader market of clients nationwide,” said Bart Valdez, CEO of Ingenovis Health.

Vista was founded in 1990 and is headquartered in Cottonwood Heights, Utah.

With the deal, the Vista brand will become part of the Ingenovis Physician Services division led by Sean Ebner. Ingenovis noted that Vista will complement its current physician services offerings, which include the CardioSolution brand.

“The Vista team brings extensive expertise to recruit and deploy highly qualified providers to virtually all types of clinical environments,” Ebner said.

Vista Chief Operating Officer Andrea Nelson said healthcare systems are in strong need of locum tenens solutions.

“We are excited to join Ingenovis as we work to meet this growing demand, ensure continuity of care and provide the support and resources necessary to reduce burnout among healthcare workers,” Nelson said.

Terms of the transaction were not announced.
