Accountable Healthcare Staffing named Tak Kimiwada as CEO, overseeing operations at the Boca Raton, Florida-based company that ranks as the 25th-largest healthcare staffing firm in the US.
Kimiwada has served as a general manager of the human capital business department at Accountable shareholder Mitsui & Co. Ltd. since 2014. Mitsui is an industrial conglomerate headquartered in Tokyo. In addition, Kimiwada has served as chief operating officer of an executive search firm in Japan and is a board member of four companies in the human capital sector.
Mitsui acquired Accountable in 2017. Former CEO Kevin Little had been named to the job in November 2015.
Accountable has 23 offices in the US and nearly 2,000 clients.
