HealthTrust Workforce Solutions LLC (formerly Parallon Workforce Solutions) named Shaun McCamant, as chief nursing officer, clinical operations. McCamant joins HealthTrust from the HCA Healthcare MidAmerica Division, where she most recently was chief nursing officer for Lakeview Regional Medical Center.

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions is the eighth-largest healthcare staffing firm in the US, according to Staffing Industry Analysts.

McCamant has more than 25 years of healthcare experience including two decades in nursing leadership.

“Along with her team of operations directors, she will work to promote clinical excellence and enhance clinical governance,” said President and CEO Brendan Courtney. “Shaun’s leadership will amplify the collective work we have been doing as an organization to execute on the strategic imperatives of attracting, engaging and retaining the industry’s best clinicians.
