Exeter Hospital challenges partial dismissal of hepatitis C suit (seacoastonline.com)

Attorneys for New Hampshire’s Exeter Hospital are asking a federal judge to reconsider the partial dismissal of a lawsuit brought against the staffing agencies responsible for accrediting and placing serial infector David Kwiatkowski at the hospital, seacoastonline.com reported. In response, attorneys for Triage Staffing are pushing back. Kwiatkowski was found responsible for causing the 2012 hepatitis C outbreak and is now serving time.
