World - Staffing Industry Analysts appoints new Research Director

Staffing Industry Analysts today announced the appointment of Elizabeth Rennie, a senior research professional with over 20 years’ experience in outsourcing, as Research Director. Liz’s primary responsibilities will be the delivery of research for buyers of workforce and talent solutions.

Based in Staffing Industry Analysts’ London office, Liz will work with the global team that delivers current and relevant content to the firm’s Council members, Fortune 1000 companies that are significant corporate buyers of of talent and workforce solutions. She is a well-known researcher and speaker on Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and staffing, including Managed Service Provision (MSP) and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO).

John Nurthen, executive director of global research commented: “I am delighted that Liz will be joining our global research team. Not only does she have the experience to improve our existing research products, but her broader background in outsourcing will enable us to widen our          research to cover other aspects of the workforce solutions ecosystem.”

“Given her background, Liz will be able to hit the ground running at Staffing Industry Analysts,” said Bryan Peña, vice president of contingent workforce strategies and research. “She is an expert on BPO, MSP and RPO, and is a trusted advisor to many staffing firms and buyers. This will enable Liz to contribute immediately to our Council members, helping them to optimize and grow their programs.”

Prior to joining Staffing Industry Analysts, Liz worked at NelsonHall, a BPO and outsourcing analyst firm, where she had global responsibility for human resources outsourcing research content, assisting both buy-side and vendor organisations in assessing opportunities and supplier capability. She has also held roles at Towers Watson as a senior consultant and at NGA Human Resources as a global account executive and solution architect. As a consultant at Accenture, Liz helped to deliver the firm's first HRO client back in 1995 and subsequently shaped some of the largest deals in the industry.
