Indian staffing firm TeamLease announced that Sunil Chemmankotil, CEO of its subsidiary TeamLease Digital Private Limited, stepped down from his role on 25 March 2024.

The reason given for the resignation was to pursue new challenges and opportunities that aligns with Chemmankotil’s long-term career goals.

Chemmankotil was first appointed to the role of TeamLease Digital on April 2022.

TeamLease also announced that Neeti Sharma will be the new CEO of TeamLease Digital, effective 26 March 2024.

Sharma is President & Co-Founder at TeamLease Edtech Limited. Across her career, Sharma has contributed to various domains including human resources, customer relationship, channel management, operations, international business development and outsourcing including employment & employability.
