Demand for HR platforms that provide tailored services including payroll and compliance for international teams is also high. Remote hiring of developers is already usual outside Korea, with a number of related unicorn firms like Andela, Turing and Remote. Employment agencies in Korea now are actively seeking forays into overseas markets.
