Singapore – HRnetGroup announces new leadership positions including Chief Commercial Officer and CFO

HRnetGroup Ltd. (HRNET:SP), a Singapore-based recruitment firm, announced a number of leadership promotions.

The Board of Directors of HRnetGroup announced the promotions of its Executive Director & Chief Legal Officer Adeline Sim, as well as Chief Financial Officer Jennifer Kang.

Effective 1 April 2022, Sim has been promoted to be the group’s Executive Director & Chief Corporate Officer, reflecting the comprehensive role she plays which includes management of the Technology, Communications, and Legal functions of the group.

Together with the group’s Founding Chairman Peter Sim and Group Chief Financial Officer Kang, Adeline Sim serves on the group’s Investment Committee which takes primary responsibility for acquisitions and investments by the group, co-leads the Sustainability Committee as Sustainability Champion and is a member of the Compliance Committee. Adeline Sim is a director of Korean subsidiary HRnet One Inc, Thai subsidiary HRnet Consulting Limited, and Indonesian subsidiaries PT HRnet Rimbun Indonesia and PT Recruit First Indonesia.

Kang has been with the group since 2003, and prior to assuming the Chief Financial Officer role of HRnet One in 2012, she set up and led the team at HRnetOne as a Business Leader. With effect from 1 April 2022, Kang is promoted to group CFO. Kang serves on the group’s Investment, Compliance, and Sustainability Committees, and is the appointed Supervisor of HRnet One (Shanghai) Limited, HRnet One (Beijing) Limited, HRnet One (Guangzhou) Limited, RecruitFirst Services (Shanghai) Limited, RecruitFirst (Shanghai) Limited and REForce (Shanghai) Human Resource Management Consulting Co., Ltd. She is also the appointed Statutory Audito of its subsidiaries in Japan - HRnet One K.K. and PeopleSearch K.K.

These appointments are part of the leadership development and succession planning of the group.
