Singapore-based recruitment firm, HRnetGroup (HRNET:SP), reported revenue yesterday after markets closed for the six month period ended 31 December 2022 of SGD 297.6 million (USD 221.5 million), a fall of 5.7% compared to the same period in the previous year.

North Asia comprises the People’s Republic of China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan and South Korea. Rest of Asia comprises Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia.

The group also reported revenue for the full year of SGD 611.77 million (USD 455.0 million), up 3.6% over the year.

On October 2022, HRnetGroup announced that it entered into a sale and purchase agreement to acquire a 49% stake in fintech startup Octomate Pte Ltd from an independent seller.

HRNetGroup shares closed today at SGD 0.81, down 1.2% on the day. The company has a market cap of SGD 814.30 million (USD 605.67 million).
