Seek Job board Seek Limited announced today that its Chief Financial Officer, Kate Koch, has resigned. She will take up a position as Chief Financial Officer of IDP Education.

Koch joined Seek in 2021 from RMIT (Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology) University. Seek said she has a desire to further her career in the education industry.

The job board will conduct a process to identify her successor, and expects that process to conclude before the end of Koch's six-month notice period, which will finish on 26 September 2024.

Seek CEO Ian Narev said, "I have greatly enjoyed working alongside Kate in her first public company CFO role. All of us at Seek are sad to see her go. But we respect her decision to pursue her passion for the education sector, and know she will thrive in her new role."

 Last month in its half-year report, Seek reported revenue from continuing operations fell by 6% on a constant currency basis.
