Bossjob, an online job search platform in the Philippines, has secured USD 5 million funding to boost globalisation efforts, reports TechNode Global. The firm said in a statement today that it has also launched its globalisation strategy following the investment. The company is venturing into Singapore and Indonesian markets this month, with the Hong Kong market in plan for the third quarter of 2023.

The platform, which entered the market in 2018, anticipates serving more than 30 million users in Southeast Asia by 2026. Bossjob noted that it has garnered over 2.9 million registered users in the Philippines.

Bossjob is chat-first recruitment mobile software that focuses on online direct hire and talent matching, allowing bosses and talents to communicate quickly via direct chat.
