Randstad RiseSmart announced the appointment of Joel Paul as managing director, Randstad Risesmart for Asia-Pacific and IMEA (India, Middle East and Africa). Having joined the firm as a regional operations manager in 2008, Paul currently leads the business operations in India and the Middle East. He will use his experience to empower more customers and partners to embrace RiseSmart’s worklife coaching and outplacement solutions across the APAC region, specifically across core markets like China, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, and Japan.

Chinese recruitment platform Kanzhun Limited, whose core product is job board Boss Zhipin, announced that the company has appointed Xiehua Wang to the company's board of directors. Wang is currently the Vice President of Product of the company. Wang joined the company in October 2016 and has over 10 years of experience in product management in internet companies. Prior to joining the company, Wang was a senior product manager of Lianjia (currently known as KE Holdings Inc .), a housing transactions and services platform in China. The group also announced that Xin Xu has resigned from its board, effective on 30 April 2022. Xu had served as director of the board since April 2015. The company noted that Xu's resignation did not result from any disagreement with the company.

AMS announced that it has appointed two new directors, Jacqueline Welch and Franck Cohen, to its board as it continues its strong growth trajectory. Welch, is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at The New York Times. Welch brings with her a wealth of relevant experience in senior talent roles in the professional services, financial services and media industries. Cohen, formerly Chief Customer Officer at SAP and now on the board of several technology organisations, including AI solutions firm Antuit, as well as serving as an advisor to Workday and UiPath, brings with him knowledge and expertise in the application of technology to the delivery of B2B services. 

Japanese staffing firm and job board Dip Corp announced that it appointed Shoji Fujiwara as a corporate executive officer and Head of COO (Chief Operating Officer) Office and Deputy Head of Service Development Group. Fujiwara previously worked with communication app Line Corp.
