India-based HR solutions and technology firm Peoplestrong announced it has appointed Sitesh Prasad as Vice President, Global Markets and Partnerships, who will join their regional headquarters in Singapore. The appointment comes as a part of PeopleStrong's continuing effort to invest in growth and reach across emerging markets. Prior to joining PeopleStrong, Prasad was a senior leader at Mastercard and brings with him core skills in channel distribution, market expansion, product & strategy across B2B and B2C segments.

In its General Meeting, Staffline, announced the proposed appointment of Thomas Spain as a Non-Executive Director of the company, as a representative of Henry Spain Investment Services Limited, which will retain its position as one of the largest shareholders in Staffline following recent completion of the group’s fundraising.  His appointment is conditional on shareholder approval at the 2021 Annual General Meeting, which is expected to be held in July 2021, and the completion of customary Nominated Adviser due diligence checks.
