Japanese HR firm Will Group (6089:TYO), which focuses on temporary staffing, business contracting and recruitment, reported revenue today of JPY 97.60 billion (USD 845.9million) for the nine months ended 31 December 2021, an uptick of 10.7% when compared to the same period last year.

Will Group is engaged in the human resource business focusing on temporary staffing, business contracting and recruitment. The group operates in seven segments: Sales Outsourcing, Call Centre Outsourcing, Factory Outsourcing, Nursing Care Domain Support, Overseas HR, Others (Japan) and a recently added segment - Start-up Human Resources Support Business.
The group said demand for human resources is strong, and both dispatching and temporary staffing are proceeding smoothly. Will Group’s Domestic business was up 0.4% over the year while its overseas business increased by 33.6% over the year.
Shares in Will Group Inc closed at JPY 1,274.00 (USD 11.04), up 0.55% on the day and 21.16% below its 52-week high of JPY 1,616.00 (USD 14.00), set on 10 November 2021. The company has a market cap of JPY 28.70 billion (USD 248.70 million).
