Rarejob, a Japan-based online English language school, announced that it will acquire a 51% stake in Borderlink, a subsidiary of Will Group.

Will Group is a Japan-based firm focused on temporary staffing, business contracting and recruitment.

Borderlink, Inc is a provider for Assistant Language Teachers in Japan. 

The price of the majority stake is JPY 969 million (USD 4.7 million).

Rarejob also provides online ESL (English as a second language) schools in the Philippines.
