Japan – Outsourcing acquires shares of HR services firm ISC

03 September 2021

Japanese staffing firm Outsourcing Inc. (2427:JP) announced that it has acquired all of the shares of ISC Inc., a Japan-based HR services firm.

Outsourcing will acquire 100% of the shares (800 shares) of ISC, thereby making it a subsidiary. The price of the transaction was not disclosed.

ISC is engaged in dispatching for a wide range of industries, including not only manufacturing but also logistics.

“By joining the group, ISC can benefit from leveraging group management resources including sales capabilities and nationwide strength in recruiting, and can also expect growth acceleration through raising the level of management aspects,” Outsourcing stated. “Going forward, the group will continue to promote hardening of its growth base, as well as accelerating both group business stabilisation and business expansion.”

After the share acquisition, ISC is scheduled to become a consolidated subsidiary in the third quarter. The impact of the acquisition on the company’s current fiscal year’s consolidated financial results is negligible.
