Outsourcing Inc. (2427:TYO), the third-largest staffing firm in Japan, announced that its American Engineering Corp. subsidiary acquired Integrity Networks Inc., a firm based in Renton, Washington.

Integrity Networks was founded in June 2005. Its business includes construction of IT and low-voltage electrical systems as well as staffing. It serves private and public companies in the US as well as US government agencies such as the US Navy and US Army. Outsourcing reported Integrity Networks has extensive knowledge in security system services.

Outsourcing reported the deal will enable Integrity Networks to expand its operations. “At the same time, we believe that Integrity Networks, being highly trusted by the US military in the continental USA, will further contribute to AEC’s continued growth and superiority in the low-voltage electrical business,” according to the company.
