Nisso Corporation (6569: TYO), a Japanese human resources firm providing staffing services, reported revenue yesterday of JPY 90.82 billion (USD 675.3 million) for the full year ended 31 March 2023, an increase of 17.1% compared to the same period last year.

Nisso operates in two segments: human resources and other business. The integrated talent service business operates a manufacturing talent service, such as manufacturing dispatching and manufacturing contracting, as well as administrative talent service, such as general office dispatching and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). The Other business operates nursing care and welfare projects, such as facility nursing care and home care.
Revenue in the General Human Resources Services Business increased by 17.7%. Revenue increased by 2.3% in Other Businesses.
Looking ahead, the company forecasted revenue of JPY 100.00 billion (USD 743.53 million) for the year ended 31 March 2024.
