Monstarlab, a Tokyo-based IT services firm, is acquiring ecap, a provider of executive search and talent assessment based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

“We are proud to have confirmed this acquisition of ecap, an organization that helped us to establish in the UAE back in 2019,” Monstarlab Group CEO Hiroki Inagawa said. “The acquisition will help us achieve our joint ambition of driving digital transformation for the organisations we work with.”

Monstarlab reported the acquisition will help give it greater access to talent, including regional talent and provide access to assessment processes and procedures.

After the acquisition, plans call for ecap to continue with business as usual.
