Japanese staffing firm JAC Recruitment (2124: TYO) reported revenue today for the full year ended 31 December 2021 of JPY 24.85 billion (USD 214.8 million), an increase of 15.0% compared to the previous year.

JAC Recruitment provides recruitment services to local enterprises and multinationals in Japan, the United Kingdom, and the rest of Asia.
The company provides skilled permanent employees ranging from assistant level personnel to executives and various specialists. It also offers Japanese speaking and multilingual specialists, as well as online job listing services.
In the domestic recruitment agency business revenue was up 14.8% due to improvement in consultant productivity accompanying the recovery of business conditions. Meanwhile the domestic job advertising business saw an increase of 7.9%. This was due to the successful shift from pre-paying products to performance-based products. The group’s overseas business increased by 17.1%.
Looking ahead the company forecasted revenue of JPY 28.55 billion for the year ended 31 December 2022.
Shares in JAC Recruitment closed at JPY 1,954.00 (USD 16.90), down 2.30% on the day and 25.10% above the 52-week low of JPY 1,562.00 (USD 13.51) set on 5 March 2021. The company has a market cap of JPY 82.78 billion (USD 715.75 million).
