Japan – Crie Anabuki announces H1 forecast upgrade

08 November 2021

Japanese HR services provider Crie Anabuki (4336: JP) announced an upgrade to its financial forecast for the first six months ended 30 September 2021. Revenue was revised upward to JPY 3.07 billion from the previously announced JPY 3.00 billion (USD 26.45 million).

Operating income was also upgraded to JPY 45 million (USD 0.4 million) from the previously announced 9 million (USD 79,355). Net income was revised to JPY 42 million (USD 0.3 million) from 21 million (USD 0.2 million).

The reason for the upward revision in the H1 period is that the outsourcing of mainstay dispatching, ordering and ordering operations and CAD (computer aided design) operations has been stronger than expected. The gross profit margin of logistics outsourcing for mail-order companies has also increased.. The main dispatch of personnel seems to have contributed to the special demand related to the Covid-19 vaccine.

The company said that its full-year results will remain unchanged, with forecasted revenue of JPY 6.29 billion (USD 55.45 million).
