Japanese staffing firm Creek & River (4763: JP) reported revenue last Thursday for the first six months ended 31 August 2022 of JPY 22.33 billion (USD 153.5 million), an increase of 6.2% compared to the same period last year.

Creek & River, founded in 1990, provides business agency, production, outsourcing, and consulting services in Japan, China, and Korea. It offers temporary staffing (dispatching) and employment placement services for the creative sector, mainly for film/TV, game programming, and advertising industries. The company also provides medical staffing services.
Looking ahead, the company forecasted revenue of JPY 44.0 billion (USD 302.4 million) for the year ended 28 February 2023.
Creek & River shares closed on Thursday at JPY 2,583 (USD 17.75), up 1.6% on the day. The company has a market cap of JPY 50.23 billion (USD 345.2 million).
