Japanese staffing company Careerlink (6070: JP) reported revenue today for the first quarter ended 31 May 2021 of JPY 7.70 billion (USD 70.1 million), an increase of 19.8% compared to the previous year.

The group said sales and gross profit increased due to the acquisition of new projects with high profitability.
Looking ahead the company forecasted revenue of JPY 39 billion (USD 354.7 million) for the year ended February 2022.
Shares in Careerlink closed at JPY 2,174.00 (USD 19.78), down 0.05% on the day and 37.44% below its 52-week high of JPY 3,475.00 (USD 31.61), set on 17 February 2021. The company has a market cap of JPY 27.34 billion (USD 248.66 million).
