Careerindex, a Japan-based company which operates a number of recruitment sites announced on Friday revenue of JPY 1.61 billion (USD 11.6 million) for the six months ended 30 September 2022. The group did not post prior year results for comparison though previously reported H1 2021 revenue suggests an increase of 13.1%. Operating profit and net profit declined year-on-year while gross profit showed an increase.

Looking ahead the company forecasted revenue of JPY 3.80 billion (USD 27.3 million) for the year ended 31 March 2023.
On May 2022, the group announced that it acquired ContractS Co., a company that provides a cloud-based contract management system.
CareerIndex shares closed on Friday at JPY 399.00 (USD 2.87), up 2.83% on the day. The company has a market cap of JPY 8.30 billion (USD 59.58 million).
