Branding Engineer (7352: JP), a Japanese engineering recruitment firm, announced that it is acquiring Jin-Earth, a company based in Japan focussed on system engineering services.

The company said it is acquiring all shares of Jin-Earth from Matsuki Holdings, making it a subsidiary, effective 31 March. The price of the transaction is JPY 213 million (USD 1.64 million).

Jin-Earth, headquartered in Tokyo, provides system engineering services and is involved in system development, IT infrastructure construction, and offshore development.

Branding Engineer said, “We believe that through this M&A, Jin-Earth and Branding Engineer will have mutual customer and IT bases. Both companies are expected to achieve further growth by cross-selling and by combining their engineer databases.

The company added that it is currently examining the impact of the transaction on its business performance for the fiscal year ending August 2023.

Branding Engineer was founded in 2013 and is mainly engaged in the provision of engineering resources to companies.
