Japan – BeNext-Yumeshin full year revenue rises 16.3%

Japanese technical staffing firm BeNext-Yumeshin, formerly known as Trust Tech (2154: JP), reported revenue today of JPY 95.11 billion (USD 866.1 million) for the year ended 30 June 2021, an increase of 16.3% compared with the previous year.

Early this year the group announced it merged with Yumeshin Holdings Co. Ltd, (2362:JP), a Japanese holding company mainly engaged in the business of labour dispatch. The absorption-type merger will see the creation of an engineer dispatching powerhouse. The merger will see BeNext as the surviving company.

BeNext and Yumeshin are the 17th and 19th  largest staffing firms in Japan according to SIA, respectively.

Yumeshin Holdings’ results for the three months from April to June 2021 have been added to the group’s results during the period.

Looking ahead the group forecasted revenue of JPY 154 billion (USD 1.40 billion) for the year ended June 2022.

Shares in BeNext-Yumeshin closed at JPY 1,258.00 (USD 11.46), down 0.71% on the day and 29.82% above the 52 week low of JPY 969.00 (USD 8.82) set on 30 October 2020. The company has a market cap of JPY 115.30 billion (USD 1.05 billion).
