Info Edge (India) Ltd. (NAUKRI:NSI), a Noida, India-based firm that operates the Naukri job board, reported revenue from operations rose 15.1% to INR 5.84 billion (USD 71.2 million) in its fiscal first quarter ended 30 June, according to consolidated results released Friday. Revenue in Info Edge’s recruitment solutions segment, which includes Naukri, rose 15.3%.

“The Naukri business is facing headwinds in IT hiring; however, the non-IT hiring market continues to look good,” Hitesh Oberoi, managing director and CEO of Info Edge, said in a press release.

The company noted 21,000 new résumés were added to Naukri during the quarter and there were an average of 1,107 résumé searches daily.

Info Edge also operates websites in the real estate industry and other segments.

Shares in Info Edge close down 4.06% to INR 4,460.80 (USD 53.89) on Friday in India; they were 10.51% below their 52-week high, according to FT.com.
