TeamLease Services Ltd. (TEAMLEASE:NSI), a staffing provider based in Mumbai, India, announced that its CFO Narayanaswamy Ravi Vishwanath will be stepping down effective 31 March 2021.

Vishwanath was first appointed as CFO for the company in 2011.

The group said it is appointing Ramani Dathi as Deputy Chief Financial Officer to head the finance function of the company effective from 01 April 2021.

Dathi is currently Financial Controller of TeamLease Services. Prior to her current role, she held leadership positions at Deloitte India and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Earlier this month, TeamLease Services Ltd (TEAMLEASE:NSI) reported revenue from operations of INR 12.75 billion (USD 174.6 million) for the third quarter ended 31 December 2020, a decrease of 5.6% compared to the same period last year.
