People2.0, a provider of outsourced employer-of-record and agent-of-record services based in the US, acquired Husys, an India-based HR consulting and employer-of-record services provider.

The acquisition expands People2.0’s footprint in the Indian market while providing Husys with additional capabilities worldwide.

Founded in 2002, the Husys team will join People2.0’s regional APAC operations and will undergo a gradual transition to the People2.0 name and brand.

The deal follows People2.0’s acquisition of Brookson Group, a UK-based provider of support services to independent contractors, in June 2022.

People2.0 was founded in 2001.
