IT services firm Infosys (INFY:NSI) won’t replace Chief Operating Officer Pravin Rao when he retires later this month, The Economic Times reported. Instead, Infosys will distribute his responsibilities to Ravi Kumar and Mohit Joshi, CFO Nilanjan Roy, executive vice presidents and some senior vice presidents. Kumar is deputy COO and Joshi heads the company’s financial services and healthcare businesses.
