Indian job board Info Edge announced it has invested in Terralytics Analysis.

Terralytics, based in India and founded in 2018, is engaged in the business of developing intelligence and analytics in the real estate vertical for sale to banks, developers, consulting firms, etc. for diligence, information and other purposes.

The cost of the transaction was INR 37 million (USD 485,970).

According to Info Edge, the investment will help it to strengthen its offering in the real estate segment by providing an enhanced platform to real estate industry professionals, financial institutions and individual buyers to conduct their business efficiently.

Upon the successful closing of the transaction, the aggregate shareholding of the company in Terralytics would be 20.50 % on a fully converted & diluted basis.
