Australian recruitment firm Ignite Limited (ASX: IGN) announced that it has appointed Lisa Hou as CFO following the resignation of Diego Agosti as finance director.

Hou will take over the role from 18 March. She started her career with PWC in Australia and has worked for SaaS technology startups in the US.

Agosti had joined Ignite in May 2021 as a financial controller and was promoted to finance director in September 2022.

According to Ignite, Agosti leaves the group in a stronger position following its H1 2024 profit and successful accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer.

IGN Executive Director Cameron Judson said, “We wish Diego every success for the future and thank him for his contribution to Ignite.”

Last month Ignite (IGN:ASX) reported revenue from continuing operations fell by 9.1% in the six months ended 31 December 2023 to AUD 50.2 million (USD 32.80 million).
