Forum Engineering reports revenue for H1 period

Forum Engineering Inc. (7088:TYO), a Tokyo-based staffing firm focused on mechanical and electrical engineers, reported yesterday net sales of JPY 15.03 billion (USD 101.2 million) in its fiscal first six month period ended 30 September 2023.

The group did not provide prior year results in its press release for comparison. Last year’s financial report showed revenue for the previous year H1 period (H1 2022) stood at JPY 14.11 billion (USD 93.2 million).

The group added that Cognavi India Private Limited, established on 10 October 2022, has been included in the scope of consolidation since the first quarter of the fiscal year due to its increased importance. Cognavi is an India-based job portal.

Forum Engineering shares closed yesterday at JPY 1,361 (USD 9.00), up 1.41% on the day. The company has a market cap of JPY 36.35 billion (USD 240.3 million).
