IT services giant Cognizant Technology Solutions Corp. has asked employees in India to come to the office at least three times a week, Reuters reported. It cited better collaboration and awareness of company culture. Approximately 254,000 of the company’s 347,700 employees are based in India. The company could be said to be a beneficiary of the remote working trend. A Cognizant spokesperson told Reuters that the hybrid model “will define the future of work.”
