Renrui Human Resources Technology Holdings Ltd. (6919:HKG), a mainland China-based flexible staffing service provider, reported last month that it has completed its acquisition of Shanghai Sirui from Dalian Neusoft Holdings Co. Ltd.

With the deal, Renrui will further expand its IT and digital talent service business, said Renrui Chairman and CEO Zhang Jianguo.

Shanghai Sirui has nearly 3,900 IT and software development technicians and serves more than 160 customers in China.

The deal, first announced in March, is for a 46% stake in Shanghai Sirui for total consideration of RMB 408.0 million (USD 64.6 million).
